Several enrollment lists were presented to the CBC. One list included 84 eligible members which the CBC approved. Two lists of ineligible applicants were also approved. Two resolutions un-enrolling previously enrolled Comanche members were presented and approved. The discussion revolved around Tribal Member Phyllis Attocknie's assertions that there needs to be a process for those facing the possibility of being unenrolled to appeal or to resolve the matter before being taken from the Comanche rolls and the enrollment office's mandate as outlined in the Comanche Constitution. The CBC also passed a resolution that directs Dennis Chappabitty, facilitator of the Comanche Nation Constitutional Review Commission (CNCRC), to provide a copy of the final version of the proposed new Comanche Constitution to every eligible voting member of the Nation for review prior to calling for a Secretarial Election to vote on the document. The document must be made available for 45 days before the election, which will be conducted under the authority of the Secretary of the Interior. It was previously reported that there would be a Constitution Convention before the Secretarial Election, but Mr. Tippeconnie's resolution bypasses the Convention and goes straight to the election. Committeemember Asepermy stated that the convention would cost over $150,000. To view a PDF of the proposed constitution Click Here (Or go to the CNCRP website: www.cncrp.com)

Several land acquisition resolutions were tabled because Committeemember Asepermy had questions about the location of the properties, the appraised value and the purchase price.
